Sharko's Now Open In Glen Ellyn
The first Sharko's restaurant opened in West Chicago in 1956. Its newest location just opened on Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn.
GLEN ELLYN, IL — Sharko's BBQ is now open at 515 Roosevelt Rd., in the space that was once home to That Burger Joint.
The family-owned restaurant specializes in barbecue and smoked meats. The menu features beef brisket, hand-pulled pork, mac and cheese and more. Bread and desserts are made in-house.
Sharko's also offers meat for purchase by the pound of half-pound. Catering is available, including a seasonal menu for Thanksgiving.

Sharko's opened its first restaurant location in Chicago in 1956. Since then, they've added locations throughout the suburbs including Downers Grove and Naperville.
