Argument with Neighbor's Landscaper Leads to Battery Charge

Two motorcyclists were also arrested for speeding more than 25 MPH over the limit

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Battery

A resident of the 3200 block of Brookdale Lane reported on July 25 that they had a verbal disagreement with their neighbor’s landscaper. The disagreement escalated and the landscaper threatened bodily harm and chest bumped the resident. The offender and his vehicle could not be located.

Driving With Suspended Drivers License

Allyson Buckley, 53, of the 4100 block of Williamsburg Ct. in Glenview, was arrested in the 2700 block of Central Road at 4 p.m. July 25 and charged with Driving With a Suspended Drivers License. She was released on a $1,500 I-bond with an Aug. 18 court date.

Retail Theft

Harith Devineni, 35, of the 1100 block of Windbrook Dr. in Buffalo Grove, was arrested in the 1900 block of Tower Drive at 6:15 p.m. July 25 and charged with misdemeanor Retail Theft. She was released on $1,000 D-bond with an Aug. 13 court date.

Speeding 26-34 MPH over

Two motorcyclists were arrested in the 3100 block of Shermer Road at 8:30 p.m. July 26. Tyler Pattugalan, 40, of the 1500 block of N. Elmhurst Rd. in Mount Prospect, was charged with Speeding 26-34 MPH over posted limit and Failure to Display Registration Plates/Decal. Kimberly Doce, 20, of the 900 block of Keystone in Northbrook, was charged with Speeding 26-34 MPH over posted limit. Both riders were released on $2,000 D-bonds with Sept. 2 court dates.

Domestic Battery

Jeremy Emer, 30, of the 1800 block of Tower Drive in Glenview, was arrested July 26 and charged with Domestic Battery and Battery. Emer was held in custody pending transport to bond court.

Disorderly Conduct

An employee of a business in the 2000 block of Johns Drive reported July 22 that an unknown person wrote disparaging words on their car using a dry marker.

Theft

A customer at a business in the 900 block of Harlem Avenue reported an unknown person stole a $350 cellphone that was set down at 2:30 p.m. July 22

Burglary

An employee of a business in the 1800 block of Tower Drive reported an unknown person entered the business and stole $743.00 at 5 p.m. July 22.

Residential Burglary

A resident of the 4300 block of Ivy Drive reported July 22 that an unknown person entered the house and stole $10,100.00 worth of possessions.

Suspicious Incident

A resident reported July 22 receiving a telephone solicitation for money from a person claiming to be a relative. The caller ID indicated the call originated in Montreal. There is no loss.
