Billy Blanks Returns To Glenview For Tae Bo Takeover

GLENVIEW, IL — Billy Blanks, creator of the popular fitness body fitness system, Tae Bo, is returning to the North Shore. The international health and wellness icon will be visiting the Glenview Park District, as well as those in Highland Park and Wilmette.

• Friday, Nov. 8 — Tae Bo Takeover will be at the Park District of Highland Park, Recreation Center of Highland Park, 1207 Park Ave. West, Highland Park
• Saturday, Nov. 9 — Tae Bo Takeover will be at the Glenview Park District, Park Center Health & Fitness, 2400 Chestnut Ave., Glenview
• Sunday, Nov. 10, Tae Bo Takeover will be at the Wilmette Park District, Lakeview Center, 800 Gillson Park Drive, Wilmette

According to organizers, Tae BoTakeover "will be focused on Billy's goal of bringing a heightened awareness to the importance of maintaining health and wellness through physical fitness and a positive mental attitude. Tae Bo is a great workout for the mind, body and spirit."
