Camping and a Movie at Flick Park

Glenview's Stars Under the Stars Overnight Camp Out & “Can” Film Fest featuring Monsters Inc. is scheduled starts Friday, July 19 at 6:00 p.m. and lasts till Saturday, July 20 at 8:30 a.m. in Flick Park.

Pitch a tent under the stars, enjoy a movie and an overnight adventure with your family.

Don’t forget sleeping bags, pillows and flashlights for lots of fun after dark. A special treat will be provided but bring a picnic dinner, drinks and snacks to enjoy during the film (no alcoholic beverages permitted).

A 7:30 am wake-up call will allow everyone to have their belongings packed up by 8:30 am.

Bring cans or boxes of non-perishable food items to donate to the Northfield Township Food Pantry and help fight hunger in the community.

The event has a 500-person capacity and needs a 150-person minimum.

Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult, children two and under enter free.

The event costs $13 for Glenview residents and $16.25 for non residents.
