Citizens For Glenview Party Seeking Residents For Trustee Nominations
The party will interview potential candidates for three open positions on the Board of Trustees next April that will serve a four-year term.
GLENVIEW, IL — Glenview residents who may have an interest in serving on the village’s Board of Trustees are being asked to submit their names as part of a submission process being headed up by The Citizens for Glenview Party.
The group is being formed to evaluate and support candidates who would serve the best interests of local residents and neighborhoods. The party’s nominating committee is inviting prospective nominees to form a slate of candidates for election to the Board of Trustees, the party announced in a news release on Wednesday.
An election will be held in April 2023, for three trustee positions, all of which will for a four-year term. Glenview residents interested in being considered for the Citizens for Glenview Party will meet for interviews with the party’s nominating committee.

All candidates must submit a resume’ and any comments to be considered for nomination. Resumes and submissions may be sent to John Nicolau via email at j.nicolau@comcast.net or by regular mail at 930 Huckleberry Lane, Glenview, 60025 no later than Oct. 21.
Potential candidates will then be contacted by the committee to set up an interview.

Any registered voter living within the Glenview village limits for at least one year as of April 4, 2023, is eligible to be considered.
