Indoor dining remains restricted in Tier 2, but some gathering and organizational group recreation activities are eased.

Tier 1 was recently modified to allow limited indoor service to resume sooner than previously allowed under the state's regional reopening plan. Under the new rules for Tier 1, restaurants would be able to resume indoor service at 25-percent capacity or 25 people, whichever is less, once they meet the state benchmarks for having restrictions further eased.
