Great Harvest Bread Co. Opening Pop-Up Shop In Glenview
The Evanston-based business, which recently joined the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, has entered into a short-term lease.
GLENVIEW, IL — It's the perfect time of the year with the holiday season to grab some fresh baked daily breads and goodies at a new pop-up shop in Downtown Glenview. Great Harvest Bread Co., based in Evanston, is the newest member of the Glenview Chamber of Commerce and is serving up food at the Village of Glenview-owned, formerly Patio Shops' center, at 1755 River Road.
The business is owned by Kate Weber, who signed a short-term lease at the property, according to the Glenview Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Great Harvest Bread Co.
"We are so excited to be joining the Chamber and the Glenview community," Weber said. "Sharing our scratch made goodness with the residents and visitors to Glenview is what we love to do, and we look forward to engaged partnerships with fellow small businesses as we grow and enrich Glenview’s Downtown."

Regular hours in Glenview are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday (closed Dec. 25 and Dec. 26, reopens Dec. 27). Pre-orders for Glenview can be called in at 847-866-8609.
