Ladies Kick Butt at Park Center
Glenview's Park Center will hold its first self defense class for women ages 17 and older.

Registration is going on now for a the Park Center's first self defense class targeted towards female college students.
The class will be held Saturday, July 13 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Women ages 17 and older will learn quick reaction, self-defense techniques to keep them safe and confident on campus and beyond.
The class is taught by Tim Rochford, a seventh degree black belt and creator of Proactive Personal Security, a nationally taught self-defense program.
Real-life scenarios will be created as participants get to perform techniques on the instructor who will be dressed in a fully padded suit.
Entry is $55 per person and class size is limited so sign up early.
