Lawsuit Claims Glenview Costco Failed to Protect Employee

Glenview’s Costco is being sued in a federal suit for not protecting one of its female employees from the repeated unwelcome sexual advances of a customer, according to an article in the Glenview Announcements.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims that the woman complained about the customer and even got an order of protection against him, the article says. The EEOC says that Costco management then yelled at the woman and told her to be friendly to the customer.
