Man Found Dead Inside Glenview Home: Police
Police were called to the home in the 700 block of Long Road on Monday night and found a man dead inside the residence.
GLENVIEW, IL — A Glenview man was found dead inside his house Monday night after police responded to the residence for a report that a person had been injured, police said on Tuesday.
Police were called to the home in the 700 block of Long Road just after 8 p.m. When police arrived, they found a man dead inside the home. Police are not releasing the identity of the victim pending the notification of relatives, Glenview Police said in a news release.
Glenview Police are conducting an investigation with assistance from the North Regional Violent Crimes Task Force and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

A police spokesperson told Patch on Tuesday that a small stretch between Ardmore and Hackberry is shut down to traffic. Residents south of Ardmore have access to their homes but have to temporarily park their cars north of Hackberry.
Police said that there is no further information to report at this time.
