Maru Sushi & Poke Combines Japanese And Hawaiian Dining In Glenview

GLENVIEW, IL — Offering the "best of both worlds," Maru Sushi & Poke recently opened on Waukegan Road and specializes in a dining experience combining Japanese fare with Hawaiian.
Located at 1859 Waukegan Road, Maru Sushi & Poke was "born out of a love for both sushi and poke," according to the owners. Diners can expect a blend of the "rich traditions" Japanese culinary artistry with the "fresh, vibrant flavors of Hawaii."
The Glenview Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

"Our fusion concept brings together the best of both worlds, offering a menu that delights the senses and satisfies the soul," Maru Sushi & Poke says on its website.
The restaurant, which offers pick-up, delivery and dine-in options, is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day except Monday, when it is closed.
