Glenview is located in Chicago’s North Shore area about 15 miles northwest of the Chicago Loop and is a popular suburb of Chicago.

Tall Trees - 1 Tall Trees Home for Sale

Located north of E Lake Avenue, Tall Trees features a park, single-family homes built around the 1960s, and a variety of designs from split entry, two-story homes, and ranch-style properties. This theory is popular due to Tall Trees Park, local sports fields, activities, and nearby shopping and dining.

Southgate on the Glen – 2 Southgate on the Glen Homes for Sale

This is a collection of two-story town houses with brick architecture bordered by the Glen Club golf course, E Lake Avenue in the services and amenities on patriot Boulevard. These townhomes feature two car garages, air conditioning, in unit washer and dryer, and low homeowner association dues of around ~$465 per month. A lot of these homes and townhomes were built around 2001.

Princeton Village – 3 Princeton Village Homes for Sale

This collection of single-family home style condominiums feature luxury amenities, two-car garages, in unit laundry, and community amenities such as clubhouse and swimming pool. Association fees of about ~$775 per month cover lawn care, snow removal, water, insurance, security, exterior maintenance, and common area maintenance.

Park Manor – 7 Park Manor Homes for Sale

Park Manor is a collection of single-family homes in two-story designs, single story, split entry, and a variety of architectures dating back to the 1950s and 60s. From moderately priced homes to more elaborate new construction, the variety and location of Park Manor is a must visit for homebuyers.

Located just west of Interstate 94, Lake LeClaire features several hundred homesites bordering Glenwood Woods and the North branch of the Chicago River. Indian Ridge is located between I-294 and Landwehr Rd surrounding the Indian Ridge Park and playground. There are three small man-made lakes in the center of this neighborhood. Glen Oak Acres – 2 Glen Oak Acres Homes for Sale

This is a fairly new construction subdivision and Glenview with larger homes featuring five and six bedrooms, layouts up to 8000 ft.², and homesites up to ½ acre. Home prices typically start around $1 million.

Dewes – 3 Dewes Homes for Sale

Technically known as the dues Henley Lineman Green neighborhood, it’s several neighborhoods in one. It’s close to the Glenview Park Golf Club and offers a variety of home styles and ages. Some were built in the 1980s where as others are fairly new construction. Most homes do not have a homeowners association or fees.
