Unite Glenview Announces Slate for 2021 Village Board Election
Residents will vote on village president and three trustees on April 6, 2021.

GLENVIEW, IL — While the final results of the 2020 elections are still being tallied, some politicians are already looking to next year. That's the case locally, for example, with the Unite Glenview party announcing its candidates for the Glenview Village Board. On April 6, 2021, residents will elect a village president and three trustees that will serve four-year terms through 2025.
Unite Glenview describes itself as a group of Glenview residents "who share the common purpose of selecting qualified candidates to serve the best interests of Glenview," according to a press release. Unite Glenview is a non-partisan party with a goal to ensure that "we are governed by independent, community-minded leaders."
The Unite Glenview candidates are Mike Jenny for village president, and Gina DeBoni, Tim Doron and Adam Sidoti for village trustees.

"Mike Jenny will bring his 10 years of experience serving as Village Trustee to the position of President of the Village. Gina, Tim and Adam will offer fresh ideas and new perspectives to the village board," the release reads.

Mike Jenny: “I am honored to have been selected as a candidate for Village President alongside this new enthusiastic and talented slate of residents, Gina, Tim and Adam. I look forward to putting my years of experience as Trustee to work in order to build on our existing strengths while establishing new initiatives, which will include a communications-outreach strategy to engage the public.”
Gina DeBoni: “I will bring my “can do” personal leadership style to understand our residents’ concerns and issues to identify and create positive solutions. Glenview is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. I am committed to bringing new ideas to the board while maintaining the great traditions that make our town so special.”
Tim Doron: “I am passionate about reaching out to the public to bring their voices to the planning process and Village Board. I look forward to using my experience in community planning, outreach and government and transportation to have a positive impact on the decisions the board makes.
Adam Sidoti: “My focus will be to bring more transparency and community connections to Village leadership. Together, we will ensure that all processes are clear and consistent. My past experience with the recent Hart Estate development project gave me valuable insights that I will use to help improve our Village government.”
