Village Accepting 2026 Nonprofit Funding Applications In Glenview

GLENVIEW, IL — Nonprofit social service providers in Glenview have a chance to seek funding from the Village. Annually, the Glenview Village Board awards limited funding to eligible organizations.

Those seeking funding must complete and submit the application linked below and all required materials by Aug. 15. Officials said Village staff will review applications and make funding recommendations to the Board of Trustees at a future budget meeting. In order to be considered eligible for funding, an agency must meet the following criteria during the grant period:

  • Agency is a 501(c)(3)
  • Agency provides social services to incorporated Glenview residents
  • Agency complies with all state and federal nondiscrimination, religious, political, and other laws regarding public funding
  • Agency will not contract other agencies to provide the services described in the application
  • Agency will meet all reporting obligations required by the Village

Agencies that received funding in 2025 must limit increase requests to no more than 2.3 percent over the previous year's funding, according to the Village. Applicants that have not previously received funding must limit their requests to no greater than $10,000. Requests beyond these parameters will not be reviewed or considered eligible for funding.
