Blaze Breaks Out At Wildwood Apartment Sunday: Fire Officials
No one was injured in the fire, which was reported Sunday evening in the 32,000 block of John Mogg Road in Wildwood.
GRAYSLAKE, IL — No one was injured in a Sunday evening apartment fire in Grayslake, fire officials said.
The Grayslake Fire Protection District was called to the blaze in the 32,000 block of John Mogg Road in Wildwood at about 5:50 p.m. and found smoke coming from the second and third floors of the apartment complex, according to a news release from the fire protection district.
A resident at the apartment was able to use a fire extinguisher to put out the blaze out prior to the fire department's arrival, and all residents were able to safely get out of the apartment complex on their own, fire officials said.

No one was injured in the blaze and the fire caused $10,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
