Cows Caught Wandering Around Lake Villa Neighborhood: Sheriff
Two Scottish Highland cows — bulls, actually — were reunited with their owners after a brief search, the sheriff's office said.
LAKE VILLA, IL — Deputies with the Lake County Sheriff's Office began their week pursuing a pair of Scottish Highland cows — bulls, to be more precise — caught on the move (or 'moooove') Monday morning in a Lake Villa neighborhood. According to the sheriff's office, deputies were trying to locate the animals' owners in the area of Route 59 and Sunset Lane.
After a quick search and some great candid photos of the two bulls, the long-haired cattle were reunited with their owners, according to the sheriff's office.
