Grayslake Family's Yard Haunt Has New Creepy Creations

GRAYSLAKE, IL — Gerald McCabe has been decking out his yard for Halloween for 15 years now.
Wood Duck Cemetery, which is located at 452 Wood Duck Court in Grayslake, has some new creepy features worth checking out for those up for a scare this Halloween season. The yard haunt will be lit up daily starting at sunset through Nov. 1.
For McCabe's family, the yard haunt really started to take shape after their kids were born, and they enjoy building new displays every year, he said.

"It’s just such a fun holiday. It brings so much happiness to kids and adults," he told Patch. "We also enjoy speaking with the people who stop by to see the display each year."
New this year is a throwing up skeleton throwing up in a toxic oil drum and fire pit, and both are handmade.
