Lake County State's Attorney Michael Nerheim Receives Award

LAKE COUNTY, IL — Lake County State's Attorney Michael Nerheim was honored Tuesday during a ceremony in Mundelein by The Lake County Chiefs of Police Association, according to a news release from the state's attorney's office. The Lake County Chiefs of Police Association awarded Nerheim with the Friend of the Organization Award for his continued support of the LCCPA and the citizens of Lake County, the release said.

The LCCPA includes law enforcement leadership professionals from throughout Lake County, as well as municipal police leaders and administrators, the Lake County Sheriff's Office, and state and federal agencies.
