Local Students Named to Dean's List at Augustana

Augustana College announced 839 students were named to the Dean's List for the 2013 fall term. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term.

Lauren Baker from Grayslake, a sophomore majoring in communication sciences and disorders.

Taylor Battaglia from Grayslake, a junior majoring in biology.

Annette Bugno from Hainesville, a senior majoring in biology and neuroscience.

Michael Dimock from Wildwood, a sophomore majoring in mathematics and math education.

Elizabeth Jakaitis from Grayslake, a senior majoring in art history and English.

Damien Lawless from Lake Villa, a freshman with an undecided major.

Lillian Pickens from Third Lake, a senior majoring in religion.

Ryan Plath from Lake Villa, a junior majoring in environmental studies and geology.

Kaylin Schaibly from Grayslake, a senior majoring in communication sciences and disorders.

Ryan Silvola from Lindenhurst, a sophomore majoring in multimedia journalism and mass communication and business administration-advising.

Shelby Stuparits from Lake Villa, a junior majoring in anthropology and classics.

Valerie Van Roeyen from Grayslake, a junior majoring in communication sciences and disorders.
