Sunday, May 5
Criminal damage, trespass to property
The Lake County Sheriff's Office reported Jonathan M. Sandoval, 25, of Palatine, was arrested Sunday due to an incident in the 21400 block of W. Lake Cook Road in Deer Park on accusations of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to property. His bond was set at $10,000.

Saturday, May 4
Driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol
The Lake County Sheriff's Office reported Jocelyn S. Oviedo, 21, of Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol stemming from a Saturday arrest at Sheridan Road and Paddock Avenue in Beach Park. Her bond was set at $1,500 (recognizance), and her court date is set at a Branch Court.

Driving under the influence (DUI)
Alex A. Reyes Lopez, 24, of Chicago, is facing charges of DUI - alcohol and child endangerment stemming from a Saturday arrest in the 32200 block of North Route 12, Volo. Lopez's bond was set at $3,000 (recognizance), and a court date is set for 9 a.m., May 22.
Driving under the influence (DUI)
Um Phalkunsothea, 31, of Chicago, is accused of DUI - alcohol stemming from a Saturday arrest at Route 120 and Hunt Club Road, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 (recognizance), and his court date is set for 9 a.m., June 19.
Driving while license suspended
Naucelia Giles- Plaza, 33, of Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended stemming from a Saturday arrest at Route 83 and Washington Street, Grayslake. Giles-Plaza's bond was set at $1,500 (recognizance), and court date is set at a Branch Court.
Battery
George H. Clavey, 52, of Waukegan, is facing a battery charge following an incident and arrest in the 28800 block of Nagel Court, Green Oaks. Clavey's bond was set at $1,500 (recognizance), and court date is set for 9 a.m., May 20.
Friday, May 3
Warrant arrest
Jose L. Rodriguez, 26, of Vernon Hills is facing charges under a warrant arrest for failure to appear on an offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance following an incident in the 1100 block of Lawrence Drive, Mundelein. Rodriguez's bond was set at $450,000, and his court date is set for 9 a.m., May 14.
Warrant arrest
Marcelo Duarte, 22, of Unincorporated Mundelein, is facing charges under an arrest warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance stemming from an incident and arrest at Diamond Lake Road, Route 60/Route 83, Mundelein. Duarte's bond was set at $200,000 before a May 8 court date.

Richard S. Hansen, 50, of Long Grove, is facing a DUI - alcohol charge stemming from accusations after an incident at Route 22 and Krueger Road, Long Grove, and arrest. His bond was set at $3,000 (recognizance), and his court date is set for 9 a.m., May 22.
Domestic battery
Rodrigo Acosta - Caballero, 28, of Unincorporated Mundelein, facing charges of domestic battery, aggravated battery and obstructing identification after an incident in the 26200 block of North Route 83, Unincorporated Mundelein, and arrest. His bond was set at $125,000 before a May 8 court date.

Peggy J. McCarthy, 53, of Antioch, is facing an aggravated battery charge under an obtained warrant after an incident in the 18500 block of West Milburn Road, in Old Mill Creek, and arrest. Her bond was set at $35,000 and her court date is set for 9 a.m., May 29.
Driving while license revoked
Luis A. Santana, 29, of Gurnee, is facing charges of driving while license revoked, stemming from an arrest in the 37800 block of North Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Santana's bond was set at $1,500 (recognizance), and court appearance is listed as Branch Court.
Wednesday, May 1
Driving while license revoked
The Lake County Sheriff's Office reported Alejandro Gonzalez, 38, of Beach Park, will appear in court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday on charges of driving while license revoked, and on a warrant arrest for failure to appear for driving while license revoked. According to the sheriff's office, Gonzalez was arrested Wednesday, May 1 at Sheridan Road and Howard Street in Beach Park. His bond was set at $75,000 before a May 9 afternoon court appearance.
Driving under the influence (DUI), illegal transportation of alcohol
Emily L. Kattner, 19, of Wadsworth, is facing charges of DUI- alcohol, and illegal transportation of alcohol stemming from a Wednesday, May 1 incident at Hutchins Road and Woodland Terrier in Gurnee, and arrest. Her bond was set at $3,000 (recognizance), and her court date is set for 9 a.m., June 26.
Warrant arrest
Leonder W. Patton, 41, of Zion, is facing charges under a failure to appear arrest warrant for a domestic battery offense stemming from a Wednesday, May 1 incident at Wadsworth Road and Geraghty Avenue, Beach Park, and arrest. Patton's bond was set at $40,000 before a May 6 court appearance.

Daron T. Huley, 32, of Zion, facing a driving while license suspended charge after a Wednesday, May 1 arrest at Wadsworth Road and Geraghty Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 (recognizance) and his court appearance is listed as Branch Court.

Aggravated battery
Sullivan R. Perry, 38, of Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery stemming from an incident at the Lake County Jail Tuesday, April 30. His bond was set at $40,000 before an April 30 court date.
Criminal damage to government property
Lathaniel Chavez, 28, of Unincorporated Gurnee, is being accused of criminal damage to government property stemming from an incident at the Lake County Jail Tuesday, April 30. His bond was set at $20,000 and his court date is set for 1:30 p.m., May 22.
Aggravated unlawful use of a weapon
Michael Coleman, 38, of Zion, is facing charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, reckless conduct, and aggravated assault, stemming from an incident in the 38900 block of North Lewis Avenue, Beach Park Tuesday, April 30. His bond was set at $35,000, and his court date is set for 9 a.m., May 17.

Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
Kevin D. Pineda - Morales, 19, of Zion, is facing charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of a look-alike drug stemming from an incident at Sheridan Road and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park Monday, April 29. His bond was set at $1,500 recognizance, and his court date is set for 8:45 a.m., May 30.
Driving under the influence (DUI)
David M. Bornhorst, 48, of Unincorporated Grayslake, is being accused of DUI - alcohol stemming from an incident in the 17900 block of W. Kewaunee Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake Monday, April 29. His bond was set at $3,000 recognizance, and his court date is set for 9 a.m., May 15.
