Ravinia Preview: June 10-12

The Judds, The Moody Blues and Wynton Marsalis head to Ravinia this weekend.

If you've been outside lately, you know summer's finally here. Which is bad news if you're not a fan of 90-degree weather, but good news if you like live music.

The Judds: The Last EncoreOne of the most successful groups in country music history, The Judds stopped playing in 1991 after winning five Grammys. The duo recently reunited, got its own reality TV show on Oprah's new network, and are stopping at Ravinia as part of their Last Encore tour.

The Moody Blues
Though the line-up isn't the same as what it was in 1964, this English rock band has been performing in some form or another for nearly 50 years. And they're still touring. Check out the YouTube video above to hear drummer and songwriter Graeme Edge's invitation to the show.

A winner of nine Grammys and a Pulitzer Prize for Music, Wynton Marsalis is a renowned trumpeter and composer. He'll be playing Sunday with Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra,
