We have a roundup of some of our favorite places to sled in and around Grayslake.

LAKE COUNTY, IL β€”With plenty of snow on the ground, and some warmer temperatures in our near future, some local families may want to head out to a local sled hill.

After a couple weeks of snow and frigid cold temperatures, temps will begin to tip into the teens Sunday and then jump into the 30s next week. On Saturday, a high of 13 degrees is in the forecast while on Sunday, there is a high of 19 degrees.

On Monday, we will see a warmup with temps in the lower 30s, which could make it a great time to get out sledding. Temps in the 30s will remain through the work week and weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
