Sweet 'Strawberry' Searching for New Home

I'm Strawberry, the hero of a long and sometimes sad story.

My first chapter began when I was just a small kitten. Save-A-Pet found me a home and I lived with a family for four years. Then they abandoned me, just dumped me out on the street. I'll never understand why. Luckily, my microchip led back to Save-A-Pet where I've spent much of my life. I'm a mature gentleman now, and I'd love a home with a laser pointer that I could chase. I love cats and dogs, so if you already have pets, I'd fit in quite nicely. Give me a head or a chin scratch and we could be friends forever. I am on a special diet and insulin, but it's not a big deal, Save-A-Pet will teach you how to do it. I'm available for adoption or permanent foster, so come and meet me. And bring your laser pointer! He is about 10 years old, neutered, up-to-date on routine shots (incl. rabies), tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV and microchipped.
