Woman Charged In Grayslake Shooting: Police
The shooting incident happened in the 300 block of Quist Court in Grayslake Saturday afternoon.
GRAYSLAKE, IL β No one was injured when a woman fired a gun at another person in Grayslake over the weekend, police said.
The Grayslake Police Department was called to the scene of a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Quist Court in Grayslake at about 2:40 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the Grayslake Police Department.
Police learned that while one of the people involved in the dispute was leaving the scene displayed a .22 caliber pistol and fired one shot in the direction of the other person. The accused shooter was later identified as Tanea Landrum, 34, police said.

Police were able to quickly locate Landrum in Mundelein after she left the scene. She was taken into custody without incident.
Landrum was arrested and has been charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault from a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm without a CCL.
