• Rita Frank (riverbender.com) — Highland residents are mourning Rita Ann Frank, 69, a lifelong local who worked for years at Buzzie’s drive-in, now The Highland Diner, and later lived at Highland Home. Family and friends can visit Wednesday evening and Thursday morning at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland before her Funeral Mass in Marine and burial at Saint Elizabeth Catholic Cemetery.
