Art Exhibit Comes to City Hall
See which Highland Park artists were picked. The Art Center helped City choose from over 100 entries.

Work of 25 artists from Highland Park and the surrounding area will be on public display starting Monday at City Hall, according to a news release from the City of Highland Park.
Of the 25 artists, 16 are from Highland Park. They are Adrienne Aaronson, Joel Blumau, Julianne Brand, Meg Callahan, Jolie Dickson, Joanie Holleb, Laura Joyce-Hubbard, Jacquline Kogtt-Wolle, Emma Kowalenko, Pamela Kurland, Phyllis Levon-Agostino, Amy Perlmutter, Dustin Perlmutter, Judy Robin, Cheryl Steiger and Kay Thomas.
The City worked with The Art Center to select the 25 creations from more than 100 submitted with a majority of the choices coming from Highland Park artists. The others are from Chicago or other North Shore suburbs. The artists range in age from 20 to 80.

The selections will change on a quarterly basis and be sold through The Art Center.
A reception will start the effort at 4 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
