How To Recycle Your Christmas Tree, Holiday Decor In Highland Park
Here's everything you need to know to recycle your Christmas tree and other holiday decorations in Highland Park.
HIGHLAND PARK, IL — When Christmas passes, what will you do with your tree, broken lights and opened gift wrapping?
In Highland Park, it's easy to responsibly dispose of holiday leftovers, including real trees and holiday lights.
For Christmas trees, place them at the curb or at your regular pickup location between Jan. 2 and 23, and they will be collected at no extra cost. Residents recycling their trees are advised to remove ornaments and decorations, plastic containers, tree stands, nails and lights.
