Highland Park Teen With Autism Gets The Word Out, Showing How A Bracelet Can Save A Life

Mitchell Robins, 19, helped create a QR-code bracelet for people who need to communicate during emergencies.

"If somebody that finds him has a phone, they can read the QR code, and it goes to a page that has all the information about him – phone numbers, allergies, medications that he takes," Robins' father Philip said.

CHICAGO (CBS) — Sometimes people can speak volumes without saying a single word. A young man from Highland Park, who isn't able to talk, has a lot to say about something that can save lives in an emergency.
