People driving from Highland Park to Lake Forest through Highwood will not be able to reach for that hand cell phone after August 1.
Highwood recently joined Highland Park, Deerfield, Lake Forest and other North Shore communities prohibiting hand held cell phone use while driving. The law goes in effect August 1.
