Highwood's Bowling Alley Featured in Today's Groupon

The deal-of-the-day website Groupon has been growing increasingly popular since it launched in Chicago two years ago. The site now offers daily deals in 150 cities in the country and has inspired similar sites like the North Shore's WeDeal.com to spring up.

Today's Groupon hits close to home, with an hour's worth of unlimited bowling  at Highwood's The Alley.

"For $25, you get one hour of unlimited bowling including shoe rental for up to four people, plus a 12-inch pizza and a pitcher of soda, at The Alley in Highwood (up to a $53 value)," reads the Groupon.

The Groupon doesn't say anything about The Alley's bikini bowling, so if that's what you'd like to use the discount towards you might need to ask before you show up dressed for the occasion -- or at least bring a change of clothes.
