HP Police Make 4 DUI Arrests Last Week

One driver was also charged with child endangerment.

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

David Deuble, 21, of the 800 block of Walden Road in Winnetka, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 400 block of Skokie Valley Rd. at 2 a.m. Aug. 13. Deuble was released on a personal recognizance bond with a Sept. 12 court date.

Montrael Thomas, 29, of the 3500 block of Boulder Cir. in Ellenwood, GA, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, speeding and child endangerment after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Rd. at 3:30 a.m. Aug. 15. Thomas was released on a personal recognizance bond with a Sept. 19 court date.

Nicole Melle, 32, of the 3100 block of Willow Rd. in Northbrook, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, speeding and no rear registration light illuminated after being stopped by police in the 1600 block of Deerfield Rd., at 2 a.m. Aug. 17. Melle was released on a personal recognizance bond with a Sept. 26 court date.

Jennifer Flaxman, 22, of the 2300 block of Phillips Dr. in Glenview, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, disobeying a stop sign and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police near Green Bay Road and Elm Place at 3 a.m. Aug. 17. Flaxman was released on a personal recognizance bond with a Sept. 12 court date.
