Loud Party Draws Police to St. Johns Ave.
There are also two DUI arrests in this edition of the Highland Park police blotter.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
CJ Moran, 37, of Des Plaines, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police in the 300 block of the Edens Expressway at 1:15 a.m. April 24. Moran was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 23.
Gaspar Gaytan-Morales, 28, of Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and driving while license suspended after being stopped by police in the 2700 block of Skokie Valley Road at 12:30 a.m. April 25. He was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 6.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED
Diamond Reed, 20, of Brown Deer, WI, was arrested and charged with driving while license revoked and speeding after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road at 4:30 a.m. April 25. Reed was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 28.

ACTIVITY CONSTITUTING A PUBLIC NUISANCE / CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY MINOR
Police responded to a complaint of a loud party in the 2100 block of St. Johns Avenue at 10 p.m. April 26. Five 18-year-olds were cited with consumption of alcohol by minor and are expected in administrative court at City Hall on May 15. Four were from Highland Park and one from Highwood. One of the teens was also cited for activity constituting a public nuisance for hosting the party.
