Man Buys Alcohol for Minors, Gets Arrested

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor 

Zachary Edmonds, 24, of Des Plaines was arrested August 27 for contributing to the criminal delinquency of a minor for buying alcohol for under age persons, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Sept. 25 in Waukegan. 

DUI 

Marlon Shore, 43, of Highland Park was arrested Thursday for driving under the influence, improper lane usage and disobeying a traffic sign after officers responded to a traffic complaint in the 1600 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. Stone was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Sept. 27 in Waukegan. 

Disorderly Conduct 

Jushawn Harris, 19, of Waukegan was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by a minor after police responded to a dispute in the 700 block of Central Avenue, according to Highland Park Police report. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Oct. in Park City. 

Driver’s License Infractions and More 

.Armando Espinosa, 36, of Milwaukee was arrested Saturday for driving with a suspended license and speeding after he was stopped by Highland Park Police in the 2700 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Sept. 11 in Park City. 

Mary Warren, 57, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, was arrested August 20 for driving while license suspended and speeding after she was stopped by police in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Sept. 25 in Park City.
