Serene Treasures: Highland Park Photos Of The Week

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — Highland Park resident Stan Lester snapped a picture of a calm group of ducks at Fink Park off Clavey Road.

"The park is a beautiful, underutilized treasure of our city. The young ducks come to it early in the spring," Lester told Patch.

Resident Chris Derfler took this photo at sunrise at the shorefront of Fort Sheridan.

Resident Jayne McCraren took this photo of the faithful tin man atop the front door of her workplace that greets her daily.
