Vandals Spray Graffiti on 8 Locations in Neighborhood
The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police are investigating a report of criminal damage to property. Unknown person(s) person(s) spray painted unknown letters over the "Brittany Hills" eastside sign located at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lake between 10/18/13 at 5 p.m. Oct. 18 and 10 a.m. Oct. 19, according to Highland Park Police reports.
While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered an arrow and heart spray painted on the wooden fence in the 0-100 block of Red Oak Lane.
While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered green spray paint on a mailbox in the 0-100 block of Red Oak Lane.

While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered spray paint on the roadway of inappropriate material in a silver color in the 0-100 block of Red Oak Lane.
While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered silver colored paint of a G with an arrow, more inappropriate material, three lines across the entire roadway and a green colored heart were spray painted near the intersection of Red Oak Lane and Tanglewood.

While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered green spray paint on the 25mph sign located south of the 100 block of Red Oak Lane.
While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered gray spray paint on the 25mph sign located near the 200 block of Red Oak Lane.
While investigating criminal damage to property incident at Lake Cook Road and Red Oak Lane, Officers discovered a picture of a face spray painted in gray and silver on the roadway in the 2000 block of Windy Hill Lane.
The graffiti was not gang related, according to a statement made in the Highland Park news by Highland Park Deputy Police Chief George Pfutzenreuter. “It was more a mischievous type of painting, a green heart and some ‘inappropriate body parts including genitalia,’” he said.
