Woodview Apartment Project Breaks Ground

Developers of 248-unit project hope to have first apartments ready for tenants in January, 2015.

Developers of the Woodview Apartments, a proposed 248-unit apartment complex near the Tri-State Toll Road and Deerfield Road broke ground Thursday, according to a news release from the one of the partners on the project.

The four-story, 432,000 square foot building with parking for 422 vehicles will feature large studio, one and two-bedroom apartments as well as a few three-bedroom homes, according to Greg Moyer of Ravine Park Partners, one of the partners along with McShane Companies.

The Deerfield Village Board of Trustees gave Moyer’s group final approval in Sept.
