Registration Underway For District 181’S Early Childhood Development Preschool

District 181 is now accepting applications for the 2011-2012 Early Childhood Development Center Preschool Program for children in our community ages three to five years who are not age eligible for Kindergarten.  This program is not intended for children who will be 5 years old on or before August 25, 2011.  Children who qualify will be taught by certified Early Childhood teachers using the research- based Creative Curriculum.  This tuition-based, high-quality preschool education will be provided 2 ½ hours each day, 5 days per week and includes an early childhood screening at no extra charge.  The program will be housed at Oak School in Hinsdale with sessions offered in the morning (3 to 4 year olds) and afternoon (older 4 and 5 year olds).  Tuition will be $250 per month, wih a non-refundable registration fee of $55, and a 10 percent discount for a year’s payment in advance.
