In Executive Session, the Board will be informed of the legal interpretation of and guidance related to the Feb. 4 Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) that temporarily halts the governor's executive orders on masking and quarantining for schools. There are no action items on the agenda.
The Board will comply with the legal interpretation of the TRO. District administration will communicate next steps for returning to in-person learning based on consultation with legal counsel.
