Downtown Hinsdale Starbucks Closed For Time Being

HINSDALE, IL – The Starbucks at 33 S. Washington St. in Hinsdale is closed temporarily while the restaurant undergoes a "standard" renovation, the company said Thursday.

The restaurant is expected to reopen in August.

"As a standard course of business, we continually evaluate our store portfolio, using various criteria to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers," the company told Patch in an email.

Hinsdale's other Starbucks is at 500 E. Ogden Ave., next to Whole Foods.

The United States has more than 17,000 Starbucks locations.
