DUI Suspect Crashes In Hinsdale Neighborhood: Cops
He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their weekly blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- A 39-year-old Berwyn man was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 10 block of Washington Circle on charges of DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Police said they were called about a car that crashed into a fence and a stone wall in a residential neighborhood. The man submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 24-year-old Westchester man was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Fourth and Elm streets on charges of DUI, unlawful use of medical marijuana inside a car by a driver, driving on the wrong side of the road, improper turn and driving an uninsured car. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

- Someone was seen on surveillance video trespassing about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the Hinsdale Community Pool, 500 W. Hinsdale Ave. The case is pending.
