Hinsdale Makes 2 DUI Arrests In Last Few Days
In one case, a woman was caught illegally parking in a handicapped spot, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
DUI
- A 29-year-old Hinsdale man who lives in the 10 block of South Thurlow Street was arrested about 11 a.m. Monday at Eighth and Vine streets on charges of DUI and improper lane use. The man submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 53-year-old Buffalo Grove woman was arrested about 3 a.m. Saturday at BP gas station, 149 E. Ogden Ave., on charges of DUI, unauthorized use of a handicapped parking spot, and resisting or obstructing a police officer. Police said the woman failed to comply with officers and that she refused testing to determine her blood-alcohol content. She was released and given a date to appear in court.

- A woman told police that she made an ATM withdrawal and drove away without taking the money about 1:30 p.m. Friday at Chase Bank, 400 E. Ogden Ave. The woman contacted the bank and was told the cash had not been returned. The case is pending.
Shattered window
- A windshield was shattered by an unknown object while a man was driving about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on Route 83 near Ogden Avenue.
