HINSDALE, IL – A top ratings firm again awarded Hinsdale its highest possible bond rating, triple A, saying the village's outlook is stable, the village said in a statement last week.

The "exceptionally strong" Fitch rating underscores the village's continued fiscal strength, prudent financial management and commitment to long-term sustainability, the village said.

"Earning and keeping an AAA rating from Fitch is no small achievement," Village President Greg Hart said in the statement. "This reaffirmation shows that Hinsdale continues to lead the way in fiscal responsibility."
