Hinsdale Restaurant Wants To Add Breakfast
The eatery seeks to tap into the downtown walking traffic during weekend mornings.
HINSDALE, IL – A downtown Hinsdale restaurant wants to expand to breakfast and brunch.
Hinsdale Prime Steak, 42 E. Hinsdale Ave., is seeking a liquor license to include the earlier hours, according to a village memo. Now its license is for 11 a.m. to midnight.
In a message to the village, Hinsdale Prime Steak said, "(W)e see the walking traffic that happens on weekends in the mornings, and we think we are a good option for people to come to join us to have breakfast/brunch."
