In another case, two packages were stolen from a front porch in another area of Hinsdale, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest weekly blotter Wednesday. It included two incidents. Here is information from the reports:

Criminal damage

  • A suspect was seen on surveillance video damaging Christmas decorations about 7:30 p.m. Saturday in front yards in the 600 block of South Monroe Street. The case is pending.

Porch piracy

  • Two packages were stolen between Nov. 21 and Nov. 24 from a doorstep in the 300 block of South Lincoln Street. The theft was reported more than a week later. The case is pending.
