New Hinsdale Restaurant Expected To Open Later This Month

The restaurant says it would offer traditional Mexican fare, a raw bar, and seafood, steak and chicken entrees.

HINSDALE, IL – Que Miso restaurant is set to open Sept. 29 at 114 S. Washington St. in Hinsdale, where Sauced Pizzeria once was.

The restaurant said its opening date is contingent on health department approvals.

It promises to offer "modern Mexican and a sprinkle of Japanese," according to its website.

The owners are Collin Ringelstetter-Ennis and Gregory Mizen, according to a village of Hinsdale memo. The village approved a liquor license for the eatery last month.

The restaurant told the village it would offer traditional Mexican fare, a raw bar, and seafood, steak and chicken entrees. It also plans to sell wine, beer and cocktails.
