Steakhouse Coming To Hinsdale
The police have no issues with granting liquor licenses, an official said.
HINSDALE, IL – A steakhouse is set to open this summer in downtown Hinsdale, with the owner seeking liquor licenses.
Hinsdale Prime Steak is set for Hinsdale and Garfield avenues, in the building that once housed Corner Bakery.
The owner, Antonio Monroy, told the Village Board on Tuesday that the restaurant will open in July if all goes as planned.

The restaurant is seeking a license to serve beer, wine and cocktails as well as a separate license known as BYOB, allowing customers to bring their own alcohol.
"We have been working in restaurants where we sell alcohol, and they also allow people to bring their own bottles of wine to make a better experience," Monroy said.
