Tapas Restaurant Coming To Hinsdale
Meanwhile, another local eatery is moving to a new location.
HINSDALE, IL – A Hinsdale sandwich shop is moving to a new local place and a tapas restaurant is coming to the same building, officials said Tuesday.
Pronto Italian Sandwiches is now at 8 E. First St., where Il Poggiolo Ristorante is.
But it is set to move to 114 S. Washington St., which now houses Calle Cantina Mexican restaurant.

One of Calle Cantina's owners plans to move into the back of the Washington Street building to open a tapas restaurant called Pour Destino, according to the village
This information came to light at Tuesday's Village Board meeting because Pronto is seeking a license for beer, wine and mixed cocktails at its new location.

Pronto's owner is Peter Burdi, who also runs Il Poggiolo and Nabuki sushi restaurant in Hinsdale.
The village said it has had no issues with Burdi's liquor licenses at the two other restaurants.
Pour Destino has not turned in a liquor license application yet, according to the village.
Pronto operates at O'Hare and plans to open a restaurant in downtown Naperville.
