Welcome to Hinsdale-Clarendon Hills Patch!

The sense of community among the people of Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills could be felt from the first day I arrived in the area—from the warm smiles of the people at the library to the friendly stranger giving me directions on the street. When I walk down the sidewalks of Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills, I get a sense of "home," and that's what I want this website to be for the people who live here—an online representation of the place they call home.

I want people to be able to find out about important things that will affect their lives here, share their announcements with one another here and be inspired by the news they discover about their neighbors here.

I will be working every day to make this site a valuable resource for the people of Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills, and I hope people will let me know how they think we can make it better. As I work to find the stories that impact this community, I hope this site will become a part of people's lives and make a positive difference in them.
