Christmas In The Square Planned In Lockport
Head out and enjoy live entertainment, food trucks, a gingerbread bounce house, face painters, Christmas character visits and more.
LOCKPORT, IL — Ring in the holiday season at Lockport's festive, family-friendly Christmas in the Square on Nov. 30, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Lockport’s City Hall, 222 E. Ninth St.
The event will feature several activities including Santa photos, an artificial ice rink, character visits, inflatable snow globe and a gingerbread bounce house, live reindeer, a snowball fight field, games, balloon artists, a stilt walker, live entertainment, food trucks and vendors, and an ice sculpture demonstration, according to the City.
Toward the end of the event, the City will hold its annual tree lighting at 4:30 p.m., marking the official start of the holiday season in Lockport.

"This spectacular event is designed for the entire family to enjoy, with something for everyone to make memories and celebrate the holidays," the City said in a release.
