Early Voting Begins March 17 In Homer Glen, Lockport

HOMER GLEN-LOCKPORT, IL — The consolidated election on April 1 is six weeks away, and early voting is set to begin even sooner at both Homer Township and Lockport Township buildings.

Homer Township voters should note that early voting for the primary election on Feb. 25 has already started. Early voting will begin March 17 for the consolidated election, which will be held on April 1.

For Homer Glen and Lockport voters, nearby early voting sites will be at Homer Township, 14350 W. 151st St., and Lockport Township, 1463 S. Farrell Road.

Hours for early voting at Homer Township will be:

• March 17-March 21, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• March 24-March 28, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Hours for early voting at Lockport Township will be:

• March 17-March 21, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• March 22, 9 a.m. to noon
• March 24-28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• March 29, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There are several local races in the April 1 election, including elections for library, park district, school district, village board and township positions.
